DataTrade Adds Five New Voice Banking Customers That Previously Used Regency / S1 Telephone Banking

December 9, 2006

Springfield, MO - DataTrade announced the addition of the following five banks to its list of satisfied voice banking customers:

Home State Bank-McPherson, KS
Danville State Savings Bank-Danville, IA
New Era Bank-Fredericktown, MO
Bank West-Goodland, KS
First National Bank-Larned, KS

Scott Russell, vice president of sales at DataTrade, noted that all five customers previously used a Regency/S1 system prior to converting to DataTrade's TeleLine/24. "The reasons they selected DataTrade as their vendor of choice ranged from converting existing pin numbers and customer history at no charge to the ease in changing call flows and messaging," he said.

Ron Meade, technology officer at Danville State Bank in Danville, IA, stated that they were able to license DataTrade's brand new system for about the same cost that S1 was going to charge for an upgrade.

Cheri Dahlsten, vice president at Home State Bank in McPherson, KS, stated that "Our conversion from Regency/S1 to DataTrade's system was flawless... the easiest conversion we've experienced! They delivered on every promise."
